We The Members Of The
National Cadet Corps and
youth of the Republic of Singapore,
do hereby pledge to be loyal to the
Republic and the Corps,
and to maintain a high standard of
discipline and performance so that
we may better serve our country.
The NCC aims at complementing
academic education by providing its
members with practical training in
the discipline and skills of the
nation's defence services. This
training enhances the physical and
mental capabilities of its members
and contributes towards the
development of resourceful, resilient
and loyal young men and women
capable of serving the country as
responsible adult citizens.
